The shrinkage cavity that has occurred needs to be scanned up and down repeatedly with a drill cone to expand its hole diameter.
3. Paste drilling and buried drilling: Paste drilling and buried drilling often appear in rotary drilling and percussion drilling in positive circulation (including submersible drilling rigs). At this time, it is necessary to check and calculate the consistency of the mud, the import and export of drilling slag, the size of the inner diameter of the drill pipe, and the slag discharge equipment; if the drill is seriously stuck, it is necessary to stop drilling immediately to lift out the drill cone and remove the drilling slag.
4. Drill sticking: It often occurs in the operation of percussion drilling using Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine. After the drill is stuck, the operation that cannot be lifted by force can only be lifted lightly.
5. Drilling objects: When dropping objects, it is advisable to quickly use tools such as hooks or ropes to salvage them. If the dropped objects have been buried by sand, it is necessary to remove the sand and then use the tools to salvage. .
Under no circumstances should the Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine operator enter the borehole without a casing or other protective device to troubleshoot. When drilling holes in the lower casing or other protective facilities, it is necessary to check that there is no harmful gas in the hole and prepare anti-virus, anti-drowning and anti-collapse equipment before taking action.
