HDD machine is used in underground pipeline construction, mainly used for electric power, communication, gas, sewage, water supply and other underground pipeline engineering trenchless laying, can cross roads, railways, airport runway, rivers, fish ponds and buildings, etc.There are two drilling rig production bases of Drillto: one is located in Wuxi the other is located in Shenzhen, Since its founding, Drillto has developed 114 models for the market.

If the machine and equipment over warranty period, the supplier provides paid technical after-sales service. The supplier provides lifetime technical support. Oversea (outside of China) service charge is 300 USD per person per day, the buyer provides service personal expenses for Visa, Flight, board and lodging.( this clause is only valid after the end of corona virus pandemic)

During the coronavirus epidemic period, due to the corona virus epidemic control, engineers cannot be sent abroad. But Before machine delivery, we will explain all action shooting videos and provide detailed operation manual. During the construction process, we can provide video guidance for client to help complete the project.
