1. Check the cooling system
Clean the radiator: Regularly clean the dust, oil and debris on the surface of the hydraulic oil radiator to ensure that there is no blockage between the radiator fins to improve the heat dissipation effect. Compressed air or high-pressure water gun can be used for flushing, but be careful to avoid damaging the radiator fins.
Check the fan: Check whether the radiator fan is operating normally and whether the fan blades are damaged or deformed. If the fan fails, it should be replaced or repaired in time. At the same time, ensure that the fan speed meets the requirements to ensure sufficient air volume for heat dissipation.
2. Optimize the workload
Avoid overload operation: Strictly operate in accordance with the rated working parameters of the drilling machine to avoid working under high load or overload for a long time. Reasonably arrange construction tasks to ensure that the hydraulic system operates within the normal working range and reduce excessive heat generated by overload.
Adjust the work rhythm: During continuous operation, arrange the interval time appropriately to allow the hydraulic system to have time to dissipate heat. Especially when working in a high temperature environment, more attention should be paid to avoid long-term continuous operation. The segmented construction method can be adopted, and the machine should be shut down for a period of time after each period of work to dissipate heat.
3. Choose the right hydraulic oil
Choose hydraulic oil with the right viscosity: Choose hydraulic oil with the right viscosity according to the ambient temperature and working requirements of the drilling machine. Too much viscosity will increase energy loss and friction heat generation; too little viscosity will increase leakage and increase oil temperature. Generally speaking, hydraulic oil with higher viscosity should be used in high temperature environment, and hydraulic oil with lower viscosity should be used in low temperature environment.
Replace hydraulic oil regularly: Replace hydraulic oil regularly according to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer. Hydraulic oil will gradually deteriorate during use, and its performance will decrease, resulting in poor heat dissipation. Regular replacement of hydraulic oil can ensure the cleanliness and good heat dissipation performance of the hydraulic system.
4. Troubleshooting leakage problems
Check system leakage: Carefully check all parts of the hydraulic system, including oil pipes, joints, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, etc., to see if there is any hydraulic oil leakage. Internal leakage will cause additional heat to be generated when the hydraulic oil circulates in the system, and external leakage will not only cause oil loss, but also may affect the heat dissipation effect. Once a leak is found, the leak point should be repaired in time and sufficient hydraulic oil should be added.
Repair seals: For leaks caused by aging or damage of seals, seals should be replaced in time. When replacing seals, ensure that seals of reliable quality and in compliance with specifications are selected and installed correctly to ensure the sealing effect and prevent oil leakage from causing oil temperature rise.
5. Check hydraulic components
Check the hydraulic pump: The hydraulic pump is the power source of the hydraulic system. If the hydraulic pump is worn or fails, it may cause unstable output flow and pressure, thereby increasing the oil temperature. Check the wear of the hydraulic pump and repair or replace it if necessary. At the same time, ensure that the operating parameters of the hydraulic pump are adjusted correctly to avoid excessive oil temperature due to abnormal operation of the pump.
Check the overflow valve: The overflow valve is an important component for controlling the pressure of the hydraulic system. If the overflow valve fails, it may cause the system pressure to be too high and generate too much heat. Check whether the valve core of the overflow valve is stuck, whether the spring is damaged, etc. If there is a problem, repair or replace it in time. And adjust the pressure setting value of the overflow valve so that it works within the normal range.
