2. Synchronous Overhaul of Core Components: The gear oil for the power head, rotary/push-pull reducer, and travel reducer should be changed after 100 hours of operation. Subsequent oil changes and in-depth component inspections should be performed every 1000 hours of accumulated operation to ensure stable operation of core transmission components.

3. Flexible Adjustment Rules: If the equipment operates under high loads and in complex geological environments for extended periods, the overhaul cycle can be appropriately shortened to 800 hours. If the equipment is in good working condition and routine maintenance is adequate, the overhaul should not exceed 1200 hours to avoid excessive wear and tear on components that could lead to serious malfunctions.
