Collect basic construction information.
Customers shall provide the following key information:
● Construction ground conditions (mud, sand, stone, hard rock, etc.)
● Natural environment (climate, temperature, etc.)
● Pipe diameter specifications
● Total pipeline length
● Construction working conditions
● Other special requirements
Purpose: Fully understand the project background to lay a foundation for subsequent scheme design.
If the customer cannot specify equipment parameters, focus communication on the following points:
● Expected construction outcomes
● Existing construction difficulties
● Project background details
● Tentative parameter standards
Complete the preliminary design scheme.
The customer conducts the first review and puts forward revision suggestions.
Multiple Rounds of Scheme Negotiation
The customer may propose adjustments or additional functional requirements based on the design scheme, and both parties will revise and refine the scheme through multiple rounds of communication.
Preliminary Budget
Compile a preliminary quotation based on all collected information.
Proceed to the next phase if the customer approves the budget.
Model Presentation
Provide similar or matching equipment models. Invite the customer to inspect physical products on-site for further confirmation based on actual equipment.
Issue the official quotation after all requirements are fully confirmed.
Once the quotation is approved by the customer: a 40% deposit shall be paid, and the project will be officially launched.
Maintain continuous communication with the customer regarding production progress and technical details during manufacturing.
Upon completion of production, invite the customer to conduct on-site acceptance inspection.
