1. Power System Symptoms: Difficulty starting the engine, frequent stalling under load, fuel consumption far exceeding normal levels, abnormal noises/overheating during operation. After ruling out simple causes such as insufficient fuel or coolant loss, immediate repair is required.

2. Hydraulic System Symptoms: Abnormal spikes in hydraulic oil temperature within a short period, unresponsive control levers, significantly lower push/pull force than factory standards, and continuous oil leaks in hydraulic lines. If the problem persists after checking for filter blockage, repair is necessary.

3. Core Operating System Symptoms: Frequent loss of guidance signals, persistent significant deviations from the trajectory even after calibration; sudden drops in torque/pullback force during drill pipe rotation, and failure of the mud pump to pressurize with worn seals despite troubleshooting. These anomalies directly impacting construction safety require immediate shutdown and repair.

4. Electrical System Symptoms: Control panel malfunction, unexplained motor shutdowns, and constantly illuminated alarm lights. If the fault recurs after ruling out simple issues such as blown fuses or loose wiring, a thorough inspection of the electrical control system is required.

5. Signs of Serious Faults If structural damage occurs, such as a burst main oil tank, deformed chassis frame, or damaged main oil pump/main valve block, work must be stopped immediately.
