1. Shut down and power off: Make sure the rig stops running and cuts off the power to prevent damage caused by accidental startup.
2. Prepare tools and new wearing parts: Prepare appropriate tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, jacks, etc. according to the parts to be replaced, and ensure that the new wearing parts are of the correct model and specifications.
3. Remove protective devices: If there are protective covers, baffles, etc., remove them first to access the wearing parts that need to be replaced.
4. Loosen connectors: Use appropriate tools to loosen bolts, nuts, pins and other connectors connected to the wearing parts.
5. Remove old wearing parts: Carefully remove the old wearing parts from the installation position, and be careful to avoid damaging the surrounding parts.
6. Clean the installation site: Remove dust, oil, debris, etc. from the installation site, and ensure that the installation surface is clean and flat.
7. Install new wearing parts: Install the new wearing parts accurately to the original position, and pay attention to the correct installation direction and position.
8. Tighten the connectors: Tighten the connectors according to the specified torque and sequence to ensure that the wearing parts are firmly installed.
9. Check the installation: Check whether the wearing parts are installed in place, whether the connectors are tightened, and whether there is interference or looseness.
10. Install the protective device: Reinstall the previously removed protective device.
11. Test the machine: Turn on the power, start the drilling rig for test operation, and check whether the newly replaced wearing parts are working normally, and whether there are any abnormal sounds, vibrations or leaks.
