1. Power system
Engine: Regularly replace the engine oil and oil filter to keep the engine clean and well lubricated. Check the air filter, clean or replace the filter element to ensure smooth engine air intake. In addition, it is necessary to check the spark plug, ignition system, etc. to ensure normal ignition and operation of the engine.
Motor: Check whether the wiring of the motor is firm to avoid looseness causing poor contact or short circuit. Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the motor regularly to prevent poor heat dissipation. At the same time, check whether the bearings of the motor are worn, and replace them in time if there is any abnormality.
2. Drill rod and drill bit
Drill rod: After each use, clean the dirt and oil on the surface of the drill rod, and check whether there is bending, deformation or cracks. Regularly perform non-destructive testing on the drill rod, such as ultrasonic testing, to detect potential internal damage. Lubricate the connection parts of the drill rod to ensure that the connection is tight and the rotation is flexible.
Drill bit: Select a suitable drill bit according to different geological conditions, and pay attention to the wear of the drill bit during use. Clean the dirt and debris on the drill bit in time to avoid clogging the chip removal groove. For drill bits that are severely worn, they should be replaced in time to ensure drilling efficiency and quality.
3. Propulsion system
Hydraulic propulsion system: Regularly check the level and quality of the hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil is found to be deteriorated or contaminated, it should be replaced in time. Check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and other components. If there is leakage, repair it in time. Clean or replace the filter of the hydraulic system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
Mechanical propulsion system: Check the wear of transmission parts such as chains, sprockets, gears, etc., and adjust or replace them in time. Lubricate each transmission part to reduce friction and wear.
4. Chip removal system
Spiral chip conveyor: Check the wear of the spiral blades. If there is wear, repair or replace it in time. Clean the dirt and debris inside the chip conveyor to ensure smooth chip removal. Lubricate the bearings of the chip conveyor regularly to ensure its flexible rotation.
Mud chip removal system: Check the working status of the mud pump to ensure its normal operation. Clean the sediment in the mud tank and mud pipeline to prevent blockage. Regularly replace the filter screen and filter element in the mud processing equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the mud.
5. Guidance system
Electronic sensor: Regularly check the accuracy and sensitivity of the electronic sensor, and calibrate it in time if there is any deviation. Keep the sensor surface clean and avoid contamination by dust, oil, etc. Check the battery power of the sensor and replace the battery in time to ensure the normal operation of the sensor.
Gyroscope: The gyroscope is an important component of the guidance system and should be calibrated and maintained regularly. Avoid severe vibration and collision of the gyroscope to prevent damage to its internal structure.
