How to maintain the Small Horizontal Drilling Rig?
Mar 21, 2025| 1. Daily cleaning and inspection
Cleaning equipment: After each use, use clean water or compressed air to clean the mud and dirt on the surface of the drilling rig, especially the radiator and air filter.
Check for leaks: Check the hydraulic hoses and joints regularly to ensure that there is no leakage and damage.
Check the tightness of the bolts: Check the bolts of the entire vehicle, especially the bolts at the drill rod connection and the wire rope connection to ensure that there is no looseness.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Regular lubrication: Add grease every 8 hours of work, and check the oil level of the engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil.
Replace wearing parts: Regularly check wearing parts such as drill bits, drill rods and filters, and replace worn parts in time.
3. System inspection
Hydraulic system: Regularly check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic oil, filter it every 300 hours, and replace the hydraulic oil every 500 hours.
Electrical system: Check the cables, plugs and electrical components to ensure that there is no damage and looseness.
Cooling system: Check the water pump, water pipe and radiator of the cooling system to ensure that the cooling water is clean and unblocked.
4. Drill tool maintenance
Drill bit maintenance: Clean the drill bit after each use, remove mud and gravel, check the sharpness, and replace it if necessary.
Drill rod storage: Store the drill rod vertically after cleaning to avoid pressure or impact.
5. Regular maintenance
Transmission system inspection: Regularly check components such as transmission belts, bearings and connecting rods to ensure normal operation.
Maintenance records: Establish maintenance records to record the specific content and date of each maintenance in detail.
6. Safety and environmental protection
Safety protection: Check whether the safety protection device is intact to ensure safe operation.
Environmental protection requirements: Pay attention to environmental protection during maintenance to avoid oil leakage to the ground.
